Bar%C4%B1%C5%9F Akarsu

Bar Akarsu was a Turkish rock musician and actor who rose to fame after winning the television series Akademi Trkiye in July 2004. He released two studio albums in three years and was also acting in television series Yalanc Yarim which aired on Star TV.

Akarsu was born and raised in Amasra, in northern Turkey. He was a huge fan of rock music, listening to music from Ruhi Su, Cem Karaca and Bar Mano as well as Western acts like Led Zeppelin or U2.
